Vision Extras
A Vision system can be tailored to suit your specific needs and there are also some additional features that can be run through it. 
- Text messaging – send texts to colleagues and clients direct from the keyboard.
- SMS multi mail – send a text to a number of clients in one go e.g. for a vaccination reminder.
- Instant messaging – for immediate contact with colleagues at other branches, for example.
- Network Cameras – be in more than one place at once and increase practice security.
- Secure remote access to your own PC or Mac from home.
- Lifelearn Client Handouts and other resources can be added.
- Support staff remotely – view a member of your team’s workstation and help them resolve a problem without having to be in the same room, or even the same building.
- Shared fax service – faxes can be sent and received from any allowed workstation.
